All the details you need about the Amare Beach Hotel, Ibiza to decide if it’s the place for you…

If you are looking for a stylish Ibiza stay that balances design, location and value, then Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza is a great place to consider. Set right on San Antonio Bay, this adults-focused hotel combines relaxed beach club energy with beautifully designed interiors, sea views and a vibrant atmosphere that feels very Ibiza without becoming overwhelming.
I stayed there for a couple of nights in September 2025 for a work event I was attending (the Laura James Home SS26 Press Preview). I had a standard double room with sea views and loved it.
One of the things that immediately stood out to me was the hotel’s location. Sitting in close proximity to Ibiza Airport, it is only a short drive from arrivals to check-in, which makes such a difference after travelling in the heat. The hotel is also well placed for exploring Ibiza Town, Sant Antoni de Portmany and some of the island’s new hotspots, while still feeling peaceful enough to properly switch off at the end of the day.
As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe and relaxed (unlike during my recent stay at the Melia White House, London)
First impressions

From the front of the hotel, you immediately get that modern Ibiza feel. The styling throughout Amàre Ibiza is elegant and contemporary, with natural textures, soft neutral colours and beautifully layered lounge areas that feel curated rather than corporate. I arrived in the evening so it was dark when I arrived, the view from the balcony was still spectacular as everything was lit up and looking fab. It made for a lovely surprise in the morning

There are different areas throughout the hotel depending on the mood you want. Some spaces feel lively and sociable with electronic music around the poolside bars, while other corners feel much calmer, with soft seating, beautiful views across the bay and quieter exclusive lounge spaces for relaxing.
The whole property feels very design-led, but still welcoming and comfortable. It is polished without being pretentious.
The rooms

The air-conditioned rooms continue the same coastal aesthetic seen throughout the hotel. Think pale wood, carved white wood headboard, curved furniture, hanging egg chair (Mr D has been after one of these for ages!) soft lighting and calming neutral palettes.
Many of the modern rooms have private balconies with sea views over San Antonio Bay, which really adds to the whole experience.
My room included thoughtful touches like a mini bar, free WiFi, satellite channels and strong air conditioning, all of which made the stay feel comfortable and easy. Room service and additional services are also available, alongside practical extras like luggage storage and support from the front desk team.

The bathrooms felt modern and well maintained, and overall the customer service throughout the hotel was friendly and relaxed.
Pools and outdoor spaces

The outdoor pools are one of the highlights of Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza – Adults. The main swimming pool area is close to the sandy beach area, while the infinity pool on the rooftop is easily one of the best spots in the hotel.
In the evenings, the views across San Antonio Bay are gorgeous, especially as the sun starts to go down and the whole place takes on that warm golden Ibiza glow.
Throughout the stay there was usually music playing somewhere around the hotel, whether that was chilled electronic music by the pool during the day or live music and DJs in the evenings. It added atmosphere without making the hotel feel overly loud or party-focused.
At times the entertainment felt much more curated than your average hotel playlist, with live instrumental performances and more laid-back sunset sessions that suited the stylish feel of the hotel really well.
For guests wanting even more relaxation, there is also a wellness area offering beauty treatments and quieter lounge spaces away from the more social pool scenes.
Food and drinks

The food offering felt far more elevated than a typical resort hotel. Breakfast was varied and fresh, with healthy options alongside more indulgent holiday choices, I loved the cheese, cold meats and fresh bread selections along with a pot of hot coffee and a beautiful view out to sea. Super relaxing and delicious. There was sparkling wine on offer as part of the breakfast selection but I was working so skipped that – i might not have been so well behaved had i been holidaying!

One of the standout dining spots is the Hayaca Restaurant, which serves Latin American-inspired cuisine in a beautiful setting overlooking the bay.
The social spaces throughout the hotel are clearly designed to feel more elevated than a standard resort setup, with stylish bars, good cocktails, music and relaxed lounge areas that encourage people to linger rather than just eat and leave.

The poolside bars and rooftop areas become especially lively in high season, but the atmosphere still feels chic rather than chaotic.
If you want to explore outside the hotel, Kumharas Cocktail Bar is also within a short walk or water taxi ride away and is well known for sunset drinks and live music sessions. Ibiza’s famous Sunset Strip is also nearby for those wanting more nightlife options.
Location and exploring Ibiza

The hotel’s location worked really well for balancing relaxation with exploring. Being based in San Antonio Bay gives you easy access to beaches, restaurants and beach clubs, while Ibiza Town is still reachable for day trips and evenings out.
Water taxi services run across the bay, making it easy to move between different parts of the coastline without needing a car all the time. The tour desk at the hotel can also help organise activities and transport.
Because the hotel sits right on the waterfront, there is a lovely sense of openness throughout the property. Even simple moments like breakfast overlooking the water felt special here because the views are such a huge part of the experience.
Practical information

Check-out time is typically midday, although late check-out may be available depending on availability. They kindly let me have my room for an extra couple of hours for free which was much appreciated. After that I went and worked from the various sofas in the hotel until it was time to jump in a cab to the airport (about a 25 minute ride).
The hotel also offers free WiFi throughout the property, front desk assistance, luggage storage, room service and wellness facilities.
For package holiday travellers, many UK operators also include ATOL protection and issue an ATOL certificate when booking flights and accommodation together. It is always worth checking your booking details and any unique promo codes available before travelling. I’ve been using topcashback a lot lately to save money on my hotel bookings and I save Avios points to exchange for discounts on our British Airways flights and holidays.
My review of Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza

Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza manages to capture the stylish side of Ibiza while still feeling accessible and relaxed. The combination of sea views, direct beach access, beautifully designed lounge areas, rooftop infinity pool and great food makes it feel far more premium than many hotels within a similar price bracket.

What I liked most was the balance. You can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, electronic music and sunset cocktails when you want them, then retreat to calmer spaces for a quieter evening overlooking San Antonio Bay.
For anybody wanting a stylish adults-focused Ibiza stay with good company, beautiful interiors, a strong food offering and easy access to both the beach and nightlife, Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza is a really strong option. I’d definitely go back and would love to spend longer there this time to fully get to appreciate
